These are academy-specific courses.
All students are encouraged to take foreign language,
upper level math and electives outside the curriculum

*Maritime theme promotes inquiry and imagination
*Students have individual advisor through high school
*Upper level students act as mentors for younger students
*Students learn through guest speakers, internships, and mentor relationships
Students participate in community events,
such as the Seattle Maritime Festival’s
World Invitational Survival Suit Races.
